Thrift Store

Hours:  Monday-Saturday – 10am to 5pm

*Subject to change.  We will re-evaluate and announce when moving to additional hours or other adjustments.

  • All customers must wear face coverings (provided on their own). Face Mask Policy
  • All children ages 5+ must be encouraged to wear face coverings.
  • Only 50% capacity will be allowed in the store at a time (customers are subject to wait in line outside).
  • If there is a line outside, shopping times may be limited.
  • Customers must maintain social distancing of 6 ft while in-store.

Donation Center

Hours:  Monday-Saturday – 10am to 5pm

  • All donations MUST be bagged.
  • We are only accepting clothing and household items that can fit in regular trash bags and furniture in excellent condition, no boxes.
  • Items will be dropped off inside in the large gaylord boxes by the donor. Drop off is contactless. No unloading assistance will be available.
  • Masks are mandatory to enter the building. No exceptions.
  • A limit of 5 people will be allowed in the building at a time in order to maintain social distancing. We ask for patience on busy drop off days like Saturdays in order to meet this requirement.
  • Receipts always available upon request.

Food Pantry

Hours: Monday-Friday – 10am – 4pm

  • Client service is inside the thrift store by the food pantry door. PLEASE practice social distancing while waiting in line for food pantry services.
  • NEW clients are required to register. Current clients will be required to keep their information updated.
  • Distribution of food and clothing is provided. Clothing allowance coupons can only be used Monday-Friday.
  • Clients can receive food assistance twice a month.
  • All donations can be dropped off at the Food Pantry Receiving Door as usual

Online donations are also appreciated.  You may choose to order off of our Amazon wishlist, or make a monetary donation to allow us to order from our suppliers who still have plenty of stock to keep the food pantry open.

People Inc. is still offering CARES Act rental assistance to residents in the service areas listed below. See the flyers below for more information. Residents interested in learning more can call our toll free Rental Assistance numbers at 833-437-0114 or 833-788-0387 (for Spanish speakers).


The Emergency Housing Assistance Program will be provided to all eligible households who reside in Prince William County and cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, who have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 with a one-time or short-term, (no more than
three consecutive months payments) of emergency mortgage, rental and utility housing assistance to prevent homelessness.

Medicaid Assistance

Partnership for Healthier Communities is still providing services online, on the phone, and by mail so people can continue with some type of health insurance through Medicaid.
