Astar’s central mission is to provide the highest quality comprehensive vocational instruction and orientation to workforce development through language programs, vocational programs, online testing services, placement services, and culture and exchange programs.

Certifications for Patient Care Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Assistant, Phlebotomy, EKG in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Testing center on-site. Provides two levels (beginner-low intermediate and high intermediate-advanced) of English language classes.
