Nourishing Lives, Delivering Hope

The Mobile Pantry Program serves those who cannot come to our physical location to receive food assistance. Our program features delivery of food directly to the home, once a month, on a pre-scheduled day. We provide fresh food, ranging from produce, dairy products, meat, and non-perishable items. The food will be delivered by a House of Mercy staff member or volunteer, who can also assist you with unpacking groceries and putting them away if needed. All House of Mercy staff and volunteers are background checked and trained.

Eligibility Criteria

This program is specifically for the homebound. This means those who are unable to leave the home and come to House of Mercy in person to receive food assistance. Reasons for homebound status may vary. Regardless, all those who seek to benefit from this program must provide either a doctor’s note, social worker referral, or an alternative means of verifying that assistance is needed.
