House of Mercy Receives Generous Grant at Dunkin’ Donuts Grand Opening in Manassas
Manassas, VA, March 8, 2024 – House of Mercy is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a $3,000 grant from the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation during the grand opening of the new Dunkin’ Donuts Next Generation restaurant located at 8625 Sudley Road. This generous donation, presented by the Vigario Management group, will significantly aid our mission to provide food, clothing, and opportunities for the residents of Manassas.
The grand opening celebration, which begins at 10 a.m., will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the check presentation to House of Mercy. This event underscores our valued presence in the community and highlights our continuous efforts to support and uplift local families. As a preferred charity in Manassas, House of Mercy is highly sought after for donations and grants from numerous businesses, reflecting our strong reputation and the impactful work we do.
From 9 to 11 a.m., attendees can enjoy a host of exciting activities, including free giveaways from the Dunkin’ Prize Wheel, face painting, balloon twisting, and an appearance by Dunkin’s beloved mascot, Cuppy. Additionally, the first 100 customers will be rewarded with Free Coffee for a Year, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant boasts a modern design with an open, positive, and energetic environment. Visitors will experience premium beverage options, including innovative cold brew taps and high-quality, flavor-maximizing espresso machines. The restaurant also introduces a dedicated mobile pickup area for Dunkin’ Rewards members, streamlining the order-ahead process via Dunkin’s Mobile App.
Employing approximately 25 crew members, the 2,000 square-foot restaurant is open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Vigario Management group, which owns and operates 24 franchises throughout Virginia, is committed to supporting local communities through partnerships and donations, as exemplified by their generous grant to House of Mercy.
