From March 1st to Earth Day (April 22nd) House of Mercy Food Pantry and Thrift Store is encouraging the community to wear green. In December of 2021, the House of Mercy Food Pantry and Thrift Store was graciously donated three construction projects by HomeAid, in conjunction with Merritt Construction Services. These projects have allowed us to better serve the families who come to us in need of food and clothing as well as those who aid our mission by dropping off donations. These projects were finished on January 10, 2022.
This year, House of Mercy has been nominated for the Community Outreach, Innovate Practice and Partnership and Health and Human Services Awards. While we are hopeful that we will win one or more of these awards, we are overjoyed to be considered alongside the other wonderful local organizations and businesses that have also been nominated.
