As the season of Lent approaches, House of Mercy invites you to join us in embracing the three pillars of Lent—prayer, service, and gifts—through our annual Lenten Cross of Mercy program. This impactful initiative unites churches, schools, and community members across the region to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
The Lenten Cross of Mercy will be active in participating churches, parishes, and schools starting March 5th, marking the beginning of a powerful journey of faith, compassion, and generosity during this sacred season.
Ways to Participate
1. Host the Lenten Cross at Your Church, Parish, or School
Would your church, parish, or school like to take part in this transformative program? Hosting a Lenten Cross is an incredible way to engage your community in acts of faith and service during Lent. We provide everything you need to get started, including a cross, informational materials, and service, gift, and prayer tags. Together, we can create a ripple effect of compassion throughout the region.
